Regulus Alliance Corporation is a multi-brand Restaurant and Real Estate Development Corporation.  Regulus Alliance Corp is the parent company of the Flashback Diner chain established in 1990, Deerfield Beach Café, Marty’s Bar & Grill and Sweet Alchemy Confectionery.  Two other brands are scheduled to open by December 2017.  Our Development Team has created a new approach for expansion that includes owning and operating some brands and locations and finding qualified, dynamic, capable entrepreneurs to operate other brands and locations under a very versatile Licensing Agreement.
